It also i think it empowers us to know that the words we speak, use and see, have an impact upon us,as our bodies are more than 90% water. This is very much an important aspect in my recovery the use of words in the form of affirmation or prayer,along with intention and invocation.
I have found these labels(as in the top picture) that you stick on glasses of water,so that the water then is crystalised beautifully. I am certain i taste a difference or maybe its just sense a difference. Its what you'd imagine pure water from a mountain stream to be like once you've used the labels on ordinary drinking water or bottled water. Its that sense of it being pure and charged with the energy and vibrancy of its surroundings.
My blog post on water today was inspired by my buying this new mug yesterday in a garden centre,my first trip out in a wile and i really enjoyed it. See its what's inside it, that intrigued me!the words peace and love (and cha cha cha!) are on the base,so its an alternative to the labels on the outside.
