How precious a little run out in the car can be when you've not been anywhere for a while. Dad took me down to the river late this afternoon and the sun was wonderful. its given me an 'opened' out feeling again. Along with a lightining of my perspective on some aspects of my healing process that have been getting me down a bit of late.
'There is a time for everything, and everything has its time'...maybe whats been happening has something to do with this...
"Intense planetary alignments occur this week. Not all of these, though, are problematic. Good things can sometimes be powerful and overwhelming too! Expect to encounter a lot of emotion and reflection. Mercury remains retrograde. Many people are finding that before they can go forward, they have to go backwards... to some unresolved issue that must be at least partially cleared up before everyone can move on. That's potentially difficult. But it's also encouraging. Out in the wider world, it suggests that the causes of the recent economic slowdown are now being understood. That can only hasten the onset of recovery."-Jonathan Cainer
This was from Jonathan Cainer as an overview of whats effecting us all.So if you've been finding youre dealing with intense emotions too-then it has a purpose. I do believe sometimes we can stop and let things go, whether thats physical possesions or emotions that we no longer need. Without this time any further steps would be less easy to take.
Its not just in the good times that we can say we are going with the flow. Sometimes the most important times to do that are when things seem to be standing still or feel intense emotionally. The river today was a gentle, assured reminder- it felt so peaceful in the way it was flowing downstream and i think nature can restore that natural instinct in ourselves- to go with life, not against it,and to trust in going with its flow.
