I read once in a book about trees and their healing wisdom, that we often feel like we are going over the same ground, returning to the same issues, revisiting the same problems, but really we are spiraling upwards, just like the rings in a tree, we are not just going round in circles as at first it might seem. Each time we return to pour light upon an area of our lives that is in need of balance, we are further along the path, further up the spiral of healing.
i often think of this and it gives me strength.
the book is The Healing energies of trees by Patrice Bouchardon
may you always gather to you the things that will enhance your strength and serve your spirit

Pure magic, Kat. Trees are very spiritual and I feel lucky to be surrounded by them. Wishing you a well and happy weekend ahead, dear. xoxo

How I love this post about the trees. When being low I love to take a walk in the forest and just look at the trees and breath some fresh air. It is so true that trees have an healing effect.
