Today I was able to do a collage in my discovery journal (a scrapbook of sorts) It was a happy event because I couldn't do this for quite some time.
I found a picture I had kept from the Toast catalogue (Toast.co.uk) of the Juniper Ridge smudge sticks. (Like those in my previous post)
It shows what they look like when lit. So after our chat the other day I thought you might like to see.

I absolutely love this! Now you've inspired me to make a new inspiration board...I also planning to start journaling again.
I used to receive Toast, now just emails...I'm off to their site to sign up again for their catalogues. They're so pretty.

And Toast is a beautifully done catalogue, much inspiration in it and I always keep them to tear out things and patterns I like. The Matt paper is nice contrast to magazines too

I did try to resign up for their catalogues as I used to receive them, but it looks like they no longer send to the US. I do receive their emails, though. Such a beautiful catalogue.

I love your discovery journal collages and it's great that you're having some days when you feel better, and can do something creative.
I think I will go to the toast website now, it sounds like a lovely company.
