A little while ago I was lucky enough to win a giveaway at Sweet days with Elle and Mia and I chose a unicorn necklace made my Space pearls a magical little Etsy shop. Here it is,all the way from Texas, and it's so beautiful.
As well as Secret Garden inspired pieces, if you like Harry Potter or have someone in the family who does, then there are some unique potion bottle necklaces, just perfect as little gifts.
Thank you Keri-Anne and Kayla-Marie for my lovely little unicorn.

Amethyst, I like the lighter, more see through stones, as you can see in my photo. Its a comforting stone, and i find that it helps my boundaries, in that if i feel too open, it helps that lessen, and any imbalance in sensitivity can be decreased. I also like it as an aid to quiet my mind in meditation.
I have a heart shaped stone, which i bought in person, because it really called to me. It was quite a bit more than the other carved stones there on the glass revolving shelf, but its been with me over 10 years now and i havent regretted purchasing it one bit.
I shall share more stones if you like in the coming weeks.
Also if i post any further pictures on instagram - i will use the tag #crystallove
- if you want to share any gems and crystals there too, then use the same tag and we can see each others collections

I have always loved Ten Things, but for some reason its taken till now for me to mention them at my blog. It was the top image that did it, i just had to share their moodboard. Then i found some gorgeous shots of the jewellery within their facebook albums and thought you'd love to see those too.
The jewels Kerri makes for her range are multi coloured, i am of course drawn to the pinks, but i also like the sea green and blues, because they speak to me of beach life and a relaxed vibe, yet they still have a touch of glamour.
Find the range...Beautiful blog,
etsy Ten things on facebook
And these pieces are coming soon...more bohemian goodness!!
To finish, this photo seemed to just want to go in this post (tho i apologise i don't have the link) I like the quote so much, about our light & shinning, and through Kerri's jewellery, Ten things certainly does that. Bringing us colour light and a beautiful energy
P.s. Ten things is now added to the blog roll (left) and i have been making some other new box links and generally updating links at the blog - so you'll find a few new additions here and there.

Regular Secrets readers will already be familiar with my passion for the jewellery by Alex Monroe. I am always fascinated to see the new designs as they come out, and this time the pieces in the Chrysanthemum collection particularly appealed. I am certain that my Mam would love a chrysanthemum necklace in gold. So i shall start saving some pennies for one for her. I like the golden ring, displayed so beautifully here in a vintage ring box.
All the images in this post are from the launch at Liberty yesterday and were shown on Alex Monroe's facebook page.
The collection lovingly displayed at Liberty. Some of the pieces are avaliable online from Liberty

First thanks so much to those of you i have heard from in the past few days on the Angel post and the post about my photo. Its been so lovely to have your company and to read your thoughts.
I did quite a few replies in the comments section, which maybe you caught, and if you emailed me, then i shall be replying as and when energy reserves are there, know you'll understand any delays ;)
I shan't say i spoke too soon about feeling better, but uh, i have been feeling more poorly again...its the nature of it that there are ups n downs. And maybe the next "up" will stick longer. Thats seems often the way, a little 'snakes and ladders' but you know i'm going in the right direction and thats what counts to me, hey.
In the mean while, lets talk about something fun shall we... What sort of jewellery do you tend to like? Do you have any fave designers or etsy makers? You can see some of the bits n pieces that caught my eye in the collage above.
I seem to pick things in gold or silver with little charms upon them, or gemstones, that rather like tatoos, have a personal significance to me.(they are just easier to remove than permanent ink -just as well as i do tend to go through phases as to which are my favourite!)
the treasures above, would be just a few of the things you'd find inside my dream jewellery box.....
top left to right..turqouise ring at Urban Outfitters, Moonstone ring by Monica Vinader, Isabel Marant tasseled drop earrings, Green navajo inspired earrings at Urban Outfitters, Luna Lights amethyst earrings by Ac Biography at Astley Clarke, Ac biography lotus charm necklace from Astley Clarke, Golden butterfly pendant by Alex Monroe, Golden Om bracelet at Liberty, Purple crown chakra bracelet by Daisy at Mywardrobe.
Till next time,
Ps, Alex Monroe (who the butterfly is by)is giving £5 from each website sale, to the Red cross Japan appeal.

This is the beautiful work of Mai McKemy who lives in North Carolina, US. I discovered her unique shop at etsy, called Woodland Belle (such a beautiful name isnt it!)
Her nature inspired jewellery and hair accessories "blend sophistication with playfulness. A woodland belle is still a girl at heart with a fire for discovery...she knows there are still treasures to be found in the world."
with twig hairslides, hydrangea blossoms, cypress leaves, flower pendants and little birds with nests, there is much to take delight in at Woodland Belle,
love
