So true and I try to remember what I do for my 93 year old grandmother is what I should be doing. She has others that live close, but they do not do anything for her and so at times I feel angry and ask “why me all the time”. But, if not me then who and remember it is what God wants me to do and to remember that life is not always about us and to help were we can. Thank you for your blog and I hope you have a wonderful day.

I am glad my print cheered you up a little kat, even though it's raining, she feels loved and comforted & rejuvinated by the rain M x

thankyou M,anyone wanting to see your print up on my wall today can check out my flickr kx
ps the teddies picture i took it of a page in my copy of the book Vintage Fabric style,i forgot to say...just incase anyone thought they were my teddies or was my pic,no but i recommend the book highly

I hope you feel better soon Kat.We all go through our own problems and at times keep them to ourselves. And also become so involved in them that we shut others out who may be in more pain than we are. I am going through a really rough patch at the moment, but I wanted to take the time to say how much I appreciated what you had to say today and it seemed to help a bit. Thanks for that and I hope you have a lift soon. Bonnie

Thank you for sharing this thoughtful post, Kat. I hope very soon it will be sunny days again for you! ((HUGS))

i too am feeling this 'little low' that you describe...i'd like to think that we are sitting side by side in sweet silence together...easing the past and future burdens...finding peace for now in the comfort of our friendship.

hugs to you my sweetest kat ...

I completely know what you mean! I'm currently going through chemotherapy for a molar pregnancy, and sometimes I just don't feel like being so up and positive! But it does make your relationships more real and deep--people do want to help, they are afraid and just don't know how. I hope you are feeling better. I just started reading your lovely blog.
