If you are a long time follower of Secrets you'll know my favourite interior stylist is Selina Lake. Who's new book Romantic Style is out very soon. (i Can't wait!)
Selina is hosting a competition at her blog to win a signed copy. You have to enter a photo that represents romantic style to you. This photo (top) is my entry.
It's a vintage postcard collage on my wall. I made it up last month,on a day i was feeling up to it. I'd wanted to have a go, since being inspired by one Selina did a while ago. I used my Elena Deshmukh cards (who i mentioned last post) along with some vintage ones i had collected and there's a photo of my grandma, holding my mam when she was little. The hearts are lavender filled and made from vintage fabrics.

I love the fact that you had input something really personal of your grandmother photo in the collection! It feels very intimate and that seems like there is a story to tell..
The lavender hearts are really lovely :D :D Especially the bottom two (1 with flower and the other with angel's wing).

That's beautiful Kat. I hope you win. I'd enter if I had more time but can't think of anything as great as yours. I posted your parcel last week. I had to send it slow shipping as it was over seventy dollars with all the magazines the other way. It can take up to eight weeks so nearly there. It will be in time for Christmas and hopefully before my next Giveaway! xx
